A huge thank you to all the students involved in this year’s Award who read the shortlisted titles, voted for them and participated in the Award ceremony at Canada Water Library on March 15.

“I found this book incredible as the emotion in it is phenomenal. I also thought that the mystery put in it was just perfect. I would definitely recommend this to others as it was such a gripping read.”

“I really enjoyed this book because it has many unexpected twists and turns that pull you in and makes you want to keep reading.”

“I liked this book because it was about a boy facing his fears to help someone else. He had to do lots of investigating to work out who had committed the crime and he also made a friend in the process.”

“Once I actually read the book I realised how well written it was because it gave me a greater understanding of OCD and how it affects people’s lives.”
